The Order Process

Due to the expenses involved, some large orders will be subject to being verified by either email or phone prior to shipping.

Emails are sent out on every sale, with updates as they arise. Tracking details are always supplied when the order is shipped. Note: When purchasing any watch through our site your money is protected by our Payment Service Provider (PSP).

In order to expedite your order, Eclat Watches Ltd recommends payment in the form of a credit card. Check payments can take weeks in order to process, whereas credit card payments are processed immediately. By the time a check clears, our inventory is likely to change and your watch may not be in stock. Eclat Watches Ltd accepts the following credit cards:

American Express

In addition to credit cards, Eclat Watches Ltd accepts wire transfer, postal money order and orders by email, payment requests will be sent once your order has been received by email (this entails your name, address(country and code), phone number and the item required, a payment request will then be emailed to you)).

Make sure that the billing information you give to Eclat Watches Ltd is accurate. Your credit card company should have this address on file. If this information is not accurate it will delay shipment, restricting your purchase. If we are unable to contact you regarding such matters the order will not be shipped out.

Note to Fraudulent orders:

If a fraudulent order is placed, Eclat Watches Ltd will notify the necessary parties and cooperate to prosecute anyone attempting to use stolen credit cards to purchase products.

If you wish to pay via money order, cashier check, or certified bank check; call +64 4 974 5825 and mention your requirements. After an order is placed, you will receive an order number. Include your order number with your payment. (Include your name, address, phone number, and email address) when corresponding with Eclat Watches Ltd. This helps us speed up the order process and ensures that the watch is shipped out faster.

In the event that inventory is no longer available; we will contact you via email. Let us know if you wish to choose something else or would prefer a refund.

If you send us a check that is denied, you will be charged a fee of $25.00.

International Orders

Please note: Standard International shipping includes insurance up to $100 and a 3-5 business day delivery time, full insurance can be obtained for an additional $15 USD. This does not include any taxes or duties. Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not have any way of calculating the cost of import taxes or duties placed on any package. If you deny the goods we will still hold you responsible for all shipping associated costs and duties charged to our freight account. If you live in a rural area an additional charge of $10 USD may be requested

Shipping Information

At present we do not ship to the EU.

Your watch is carefully and securely packed in its watch box with additional packaging. The following shipping methods vary depending on the watch purchased (both methods are safe and reliable):

1. FedEx International Priority Express Shipping: Your order will reach you in 2-4 days (worldwide) once shipped. Insurance against loss or damage is included with this shipping option. If your purchase is a high priced item we recommend full insurance for an additional $15 USD, if you require this please inform us when ordering and a payment request will be emailed to you, you must mention your want of full insurance in the comments field when ordering, failure to do so will forfeit eligibility. Fedex are generally pretty good, items are rarely lost or wrongfully delivered.

2. Express Registered Parcel Shipping (EMS): Packages sent by Express Registered Parcel are distributed by your country's local post office system once they reach your country. For some countries this option is not available. Your order can take anywhere between 5-6 days to reach you once shipped.

Our processing time for both the shipping options is 1-2 days. A tracking reference for the package will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. On occasion products are shipped from our U.S or Singapore office.

30 day Return Policy.

All watches come with a 30 day return policy. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the watch price.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from when it was shipped for a refund. The amount refunded will be the total cost of the watch minus any shipping charges (if any) and 20% of the watch price. The correct return address must be obtained otherwise you may be liable for shipping costs.

Return Policy.

All returns made to Eclat Watches Limited must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. All documents, tags and the original brand box that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or is scratched in any way, is missing any of the original packaging, or the original packaging is damaged, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Eclat Watches Limited or by any other jeweller.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the purchase, or if payment was made by check or bank transfer, a check or bank transfer will be issued. When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.
All returns must be filed within 30 days of purchase; after that time, Eclat Watches Ltd is no longer responsible.

The Return Process

Returns must be filed within 30 days of purchase and the return shipping address obtained otherwise you may be liable for shipping costs.
RMA numbers are required regarding returned watches, email us your return request and we'll send you an RMA form for you to fill out. Your request will be reviewed and if required additional information may be requested to avoid the watch being returned unnecessarily.
All returns are inspected and approved by Eclat Watches Limited before the return is completed.

Please allow 14 days after Eclat Watches Ltd receives the watch to process the return and issue the credit. All credits will be issued to the card used in the purchase. If bank transfers were made refunds will be made to the account in question excluding all bank charges involved.

If your RMA has been approved and you have an RMA number, you can proceed to send the watch back to us.
If your RMA has been approved for repair, while packing, you can exclude the original box and pack just the watch in a generic cardboard box with bubble wrap or foam to provide protection. If you decide to include the original watch box, please note that it might get damaged unless you pack it very carefully. If you send the original box, we may not return it to you when sending you the repaired watch. We charge a flat fee of USD 10 for the return shipping costs after the watch is repaired.
If your RMA has been approved for return, please include the original box in the package. Make sure you pack it properly in another cardboard box with padding so that the box does not get damaged.
If your RMA has been approved for an exchange, you can choose not to include the original box.
Please include a printed copy of the RMA form in the package and send the package from your local post office (Please do not use courier services like FedEx for returns). Please indicate "Return timepiece for repair" (if you are sending for repair) or "Return Merchandise (timepiece)" (if you are sending for a refund/exchange) on the customs slip.

Please contact us to obtain the return address, failure to do so may result in freight fees being applied. Once you have sent the package, please send an email to with the package reference number. This step is important, since it allows us to track the arrival of the package. We are not responsible for any postal mishaps during the return shipment.
